Where evidence
meets purpose.

RECLAIM.ID is a Netherlands-based consultancy specialising in participatory and feminist monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL). Founded and led by Nur Rokhmah Hidayati — an Indonesian feminist MERL expert with more than 20 years of international experience — RECLAIM.ID helps organisations turn evidence into meaningful, justice-driven change. My core expertise lies in gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and my work extends further — into climate justice, disability inclusion, and mental health. I bring an intersectional lens to every project, adapting methods and insights to a wide range of themes and contexts.

Based in the Netherlands, originally from Indonesia, working globally. Whether in a policy room, a grassroots community, or an academic network, I help connect evidence with purpose.
